Zucchini chips

Do you oftentimes like to snack? These zucchini chips are the perfect healthy snack for any occasion.


  • Zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • Cut zucchini into thin slices
  • Mix the zucchini rings with the oil in a medium bowl
  • Pack the rings in a baking tray, they shouldn’t touch each other
  • Add spices and parmesan
  • Preheat oven to 180 Bake for 15-20 minutes
