- Parmesan (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cut zucchini into thin slices
- Mix the zucchini rings with the oil in a medium bowl
- Pack the rings in a baking tray, they shouldn’t touch each other
- Add spices and parmesan
- Preheat oven to 180 Bake for 15-20 minutes
