Mayonnaise/Yoghurt Dressing

Are you tired of dry, boring salads? This is an ideal dressing if you want to put the oomph back in your salad. This creamy, rich dressing works well with biltong and avocado salads. This dressing is also delicious on top of the Zucchini/Baby Marrow Cheese Fritters.

Diet stage: start-up (yoghurt), follow-up (yoghurt or mayonnaise) and maintenance (yoghurt or mayonnaise)

You need:

  • 2 tablespoons (tbsp) double cream yoghurt or low carb mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Chopped chillies (optional)
  • Salt, pepper and mixed herbs (to taste)


  • Add all the ingredients together, mix well and voila!
