Digestive Friendly Egg
This recipe is great for constipation, by adding fiber to your scrambled eggs.
Cal= +/- 220
You need:
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 cup digestive bran
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix 1 cup of oat bran and 1 cup digestive bran and keep in container. Use 1 tablespoon of the mixture
- Whisk the eggs and other ingredients together and make scrambled eggs in the microwave or stove
- Add 30g cheese and tomato on top
