Chicken Muffins

Prepare chicken muffins as a snack before meals when you are entertaining.

They are delicious and no one will know they are Weight Control friendly. 

You need:

  • 50g Cooked chicken (diced – measure 75g raw chicken before cooking)
  • 3x egg whites
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cups spinach (frozen/fresh)

Method:

  • Mix all of the ingredients and put them into a small muffin pan with muffin liners
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-30 minutes

You need:

  • 100g Cooked chicken (diced – measure 125g raw chicken before cooking)
  • 3x whole eggs OR 6x egg whites
  • 4 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1.5 – 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 cups spinach (frozen/fresh)

Method:

  • Mix all of the ingredients and put them into a normal 12 pocket muffin pan with muffin liners
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes
