This mouth-watering smoothie is a great treat for breakfast. Especially for those people who need an on-the-go hunger buster.

 

 

You need:

  • ½ cup of frozen/ fresh strawberries & berries
  • 250ml skim milk
  • 175 ml of plain
  • low fat yoghurt
  • 50g almonds

Method:

  • Mix everything together in a blender
