Legit Hot Chocolate

This super easy and totally legit hot chocolate recipe is ideal for those icy nights and when you’re craving chocolate, but want to limit sugar intake. 

Diet stage: start-up, follow-up and maintenance

You need:

  • 1 tsp (teaspoon) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Suki (or any aspartame free nutritive sweetener to taste)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup of boiling water

Method:

  • Simply add everything together, mix well and enjoy
