Digestive Friendly Egg

This recipe is great for constipation, by adding fiber to your scrambled eggs.

digestive-friendly-eggYou need:

  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1 cup digestive bran
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Mix 1 cup of oat bran and 1 cup digestive bran and keep in container. Use 1 tablespoon of the mixture
  • Whisk the eggs and other ingredients together and make scrambled eggs in the microwave or stove
  • Add 30g cheese and tomato on top
