Chicken Muffins

chicken-muffinsPrepare chicken muffins as a snack before meals when you are entertaining. They are delicious and no one will know they are Weight Control friendly. 

You need:

  • Chicken (diced)
  • 3x egg whites
  • 2 tsp italian herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cups spinach (frozen/fresh)


  • Mix all of the ingredients and put into a small muffin pan
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-30 minutes
