Prepare chicken muffins as a snack before meals when you are entertaining. They are delicious and no one will know they are Weight Control friendly.
- Chicken (diced)
- 3x egg whites
- 2 tsp italian herbs
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups spinach (frozen/fresh)
- Mix all of the ingredients and put into a small muffin pan
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-30 minutes
